The Evergreen ILS
Evergreen is an enterprise-grade open-source Integrated Library System initially created by the Georgia Public Library Service to support the PINES Consortium. Evergreen was built from the ground up as a flexible, fault-tolerant system capable of supporting the workload of large library systems and consortia. Boasting a wealth of standards-compliant methods to access and control your data, Evergreen is a robust platform that evolves with the needs of your library.
Koha is the first open-source Integrated Library System (ILS). In use
worldwide, its development is steered by a growing community of
libraries collaborating to achieve their technology goals. Koha’s
feature set continues to evolve and expand to meet the needs of its user
base. For more information on the Koha ILS, visit the Koha Community web
site.
